Full Time - £18,000 - 24,000 per Year

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8.45am to 17.00pm

Job description

The Office Administrator role will be the linchpin for the day-to-day smooth running of the office and providing support services to the technicians and Directors.

The role holder is responsible for taking a proactive approach to all aspects of the administration of the office to maximise efficiency and maintain the high service level our clients expect from Marley Comms.  In addition, the role holder will:

Co-ordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance in line with company policies

Take responsibility for maintaining the stock control, ordering and management of stock boxes for the engineers

Answer phone and email enquiries from clients/customers and direct accordingly

Assist Managing Director with daily tasks and escalating any issues to protect the brand

Organise the Engineers dispatch calendars and scheduling service calls

Maintain the compliance of the fleet vehicles from insurance, maintenance, and MOT’s as appropriate

Design customer facing and internal guides for new engineers to use

General office duties to include filing, company correspondence, emails, letters and packages

Duties will include:

  • Responsible for overseeing operations across the office
  • Responsible for welcoming visitors, coordinating meetings, appointments and directing various administrative projects
  • Ensure that you work in a safe manner and remain up to date and comply with the Health & Safety policy statement and procedures and report any incidents to your line manager

Key Experience : -

  • Experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office (experience using CRM software desirable)
  • Qualifications in IT studies would be an advantage
  • Keen eye for detail
